Conditions of Use
§ 1 Scope
- The following conditions are part of any contract between the company x-klusiVertrieb & the customer.
- The x-klusiVertrieb company provides its services exclusively on the basis of these Conditions.
§ 2 Contract
- The presentation of the goods on the Internet in particular is not yet a binding offer of the company x-klusiVertrieb.
- A contract is only with the written confirmation of the company x-klusiVertrieb or the beginning of the contract with the company x-klusiVertrieb established.
§ 3 Cancellation policy
Right of rescission
You may cancel your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The deadline starts earliest on the day following receipt of the goods and a detailed withdrawal notice in writing but not before fulfilling the information requirements acc. § 312 c Abs. 2 iVm. Section 312 c 2 in conjunction with para. § 1 Abs. 1 , 2 & 4 BGB- InfoVO. § 1 para 1, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. BGB InfoVO. Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits returned & possibly towed uses (eg interest) surrendered. § 4 Delivery
Delivery time is 5-7 business days. At different times maybe we refer to the respective product page. § 5 Warranty

§ 6 Article Not Available
If a particular item can not be delivered, we commit ourselves to you before acceptance of the order of the non- availability information. We reserve the right to you in these cases a replacement item - priced & qualitatively equivalent - to be served. § 8 Payment
Payment will be made either by prepayment, direct debit, credit card, paypal or bank account. When selecting the method of payment in advance, we call you our bank details in the order & deliver the goods after receiving the payment. If you select the credit card payment, direct debit, the burden of your account with the purchase receipt. A right to set off is available only if your counter- claims court found in force or are writing or have been recognized by us. You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship resulted.
§ 9 Retention of title
Until full payment the goods remain our property.
